A little frustrating when the dealership has to "recreate" the issue you are having but I guess to receive an accurate resolution it needs to be done. After the issue was discovered, it was repaired within a few hours. Luckily I didn't have a wait for a part. Labor was a bit pricey but you get what you pay for.
I Purchased my 2017 Colorado from new car. I like the truck very much and I really appreciated Tony‘s approach in dealing with me as I was considering the purchase. Service to my vehicle has been limited to oil change and tire rotation. Overall I have been pleased with the service on the vehicle. Suggestion for your consideration would be that once the customer post his vehicle into the staging area that customer service advisor or another staff member would greet the customer. Information could be gained and the reason for service and the appropriate paperwork could be completed. I am not asking for special service by suggesting this, but I am suggesting that any customer coming with a vehicle possibly would be unaware of the procedures to be followed.
The work done on my vehicle was fine. Tring to contact the med duty truck service center was not good at all. There needs to be someone answering the calls coming in and NOT just leave a message. That needs to be fixed
My sales rep Josh was professional throughout the entire process of completing my new car purchase. I didn't feel pressure or rushed in any way shape or form. He was pleasant and helpful making sure to answer each and every question that I had. I appreciate that from a salesman. I would definitely reach out to Josh in the future. He is awesome!
