I had an oil change and tire rotation .When service was completed they told me I need a new battery and that mine was weak . The cost of this service was 165.00 . I said my car was barely 2 1/2 years old so I’ll think about it and let them know .My car only has 28,000.00 miles on it . After a few minutes I went up to the service attendant and said shouldn’t this be part of my warranty ,he said he didn’t know and he would ask . A few minutes later he said it was a warranty issue and they would take care of it for me . He was very friendly and courteous. The only thing was I think they should have known that my car was still under warranty and this should have just been taken care of with out me asking .

I love my new Chevy Equinox! Tony Catalano showed me several options and allowed me to choose what I wanted with no pressure. When I made a decision, he found the color and options I wanted, and had it delivered to Nucar Chevrolet. When I picked up my Equinox, Tony took the time to go over all the features again, and helped me set up OnStar and SiriusXM. Everyone at Nucar Chevrolet was kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car!
At first, Ian reached out for our need of a new car. He met all of our demands. He understood our need of a safety car with affordable price. He went through his available car one by one to get us the car we want. Ian was very dedicated and friendly, and thoroughly going through the car with us even though it was very late. In addition, Neil is doing very well by explaining us the financial numbers. He also meets our needs and wants. Overall, it is a fantastic experience due to a Ian and Neil service, experience and good teamwork .

Brought car in for seatbelt buckle issue while car was still in warranty. Continued to have issue and brought it back, was told that part needed to be ordered. One one ever called. Then, returned and was told that I would now need to pay for the seatbelt buckle to be fixed. If this was fixed when I initially brought the car in, there would not have been a cost to me or the dealership. I am very dissatisfied that I had to pay for an issue that I had already identified with the dealership.

I received a free car wash because my vehicle was not done at the designated time.....The service manager did a great job of calling me and explaining why my vehicle was not done. He also said that he checked my history and something that I asked to have done, really didn't need to be done, because it was done last Oct. !!!! I was very impressed....
