The service was great, but I was disappointed by the wait. I had a 9:30 AM appointment and coded my reservation that I would wait for my car. When I arrived I was told that there was a three hour wait as so many people mistakenly noted they were dropping off, but actually expected to wait at the service department. I ended up walking a block and taking the bus home instead of cooling my heels in the service waiting area for three hours for an oil change and tire rotation. It seems logical to me that those who errantly selected drop off should have been point blank told their cars would be worked on later in the day with the actual wait appointments honored first.
Went in for a recall on a brand new car. Work was completed but they called and texted my husband's cell phone and never contacted me while I was in the waiting room. I waited an extra two hours for nothing because they tried to contact my husband who was at work instead of me who was in the waiting room.

I would recommend Nucar because of the wonderful sales people and that’s why I put a 6 on recommendation or I would have put a 2 for service . I brought my car in for diagnosing and the following week dropped my car off to be worked on , it wasn’t worked on . I was told by two people some one wold be in touch with me , after giving each person a couple of days to respond I had to call back twice only to be told I have to bring my car in for diagnostic.

This experience was FINE!! But, I personally explained to YOU over the phone!! The problems, that I've had with your dealership over the last 18 months, trying to schedule appointments for service by phone!! Failure by YOU and STAFF to return phone calls, after messages were left so that I could get questions answered, and make an appointment!! This after many years of being PLEASED with Nucar Chevrolet Service!! So now, it's going to take TIME, and several visits to regain MY confidence!!

The service reps are very impersonal , no greetings upon entry, leaving you standing there waiting. No one was wiling to assist me with a simple key fob battery change , stating "they don't touch them" to avoid liability. Perhaps some reeducation in Customer service is in order.
