I took my car in for it's routine maintenance. They explained what they would be doing and approximately how long it would take. It was handled in a friendly and professional manner. When the car was finished in the approximate time given, they explained again what was done and gave me a printed report. I appreciated waiting in clean and well kept waiting area.

My salesman Tony was great and so was Ed in finance. They worked hard to get me into a very nice brand new car. I loved their service so much that I would definitely recommend them to others. I will be returning years down the line, but I am enjoying my new vehicle so far. Also, the service area is great too, Ashley was very helpful when I visited for my last vehicle. Got a tire rotation but air pressure wasn’t leveled off. Tire positions weren’t reset either on the monitoring system. Asked for a multipoint inspection as well which wasn’t completed. I know the brakes are worn because I can hear them squealing yet no mention of this or anything else with regards to a multi point inspection. Overall not a great experience and will probably find another mechanic shop in the future
