I dropped my car off because my check engine light was on again, I also wanted an oil change, my brakes checks and the rattling noise under my hood checked. They made the check engine light go off and did my brakes and told me the rattling noise was because of the fuel injector but it never made that noise before.
Extremely professional as soon as you pull into the service area. The dealership associate could not be nicer and talked us through the service. Service area very clean and the Nucar people were very nice at all times. When the service was complete, the work that was done was clearly explained and the amount of time for the work to be done was efficient. Great experience ever time we go to Nucar.
I always hope to have Ashley Rizzo as my advisor when I come in for service. She's friendly, informative, and professional and I know that as soon as I walk in and see her, my visit just got that much better. On top of that, the service guys that did my oil change knocked it out in half the time I expected and the tire rotation they did made my truck ride like a dream. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Took my car in for a tire with a puncher in it. Tire was changed okay but the donut spare was put back in the storage area. asked to have the tires rotated and I was charged ten dollars. When I got home the tires on the passage side had mud on them before going your dealer ship and still had mud on them. So I am guessing they were not rotated.

Great job. I had an appointment and the wait time was reasonable as it was busy. Only negative comment I have is the reminder sticker was very sloppy looking. The Buick dealer I take my wife’s Enclave to has a nice computer printed label, mine was just sloppy sharpie on a generic gm tag.
Last service the technician overfilled the oil by an half an inch when performing the oil change. When I brought the car in this time I heard the service manager tell the service advisor that he wanted the oil and filter changed and brought to the correct level. I agree that this should be done as the oil being at a higher level may have picked up contaminates that the oil normally wouldn’t come in contact with. The service advisor told me that this was done when he gave me the paperwork, but there is no mention of oil or oil filter being used on the paperwork , plus when I checked the oil it didn’t appear to have been changed. I appreciate that the service manager took me in right away, but just disappointed that I don’t think that everything that he wanted done was performed. Otherwise the parts used would appear on the invoice and the oil life indicator would have been reset to zero.
Had coupons that were emailed to me - somehow they forgot to use them when I paid - husband did not catch. When I checked the billed and called, they said to come back in and they would correct it. Extra trip across the bridge - should not have to do. Now the alignment they did - seems to make my car now steer to the right - it did not do that before??? Seems they did something wrong - another trip???
