Lynda, Christine, and Jamie were so kind, patient and helpful. Having an accident is stressful and you couldn't ask for better customer service. They keep you informed of the progress of your repair, they reserve your rental and Christine even walked me to my car when it was finished. Their staff really does a great job. Number one in my book!!
My service advisor was the best. She definitely knows what customer service is all about. It was very timely and smooth. When my Malibu needs to be serviced, ill make sure she takes care of me again. Also she was very knowledgeable and polite. She makes me very proud to be a Chevy lover!!!!
Everything went by smoothly ,we were In and out in less than 3 hours with our New truck sparkling clean. Our Sales Associate was very effective gave him the price range we were looking to stay in and It worked out great. The finance manager was insistant on selling us Insurance which we were not Interested in and repeatedly told him we were not. Other than that very pleased with our purchase.
I went in because a message came on that said service air bag this is the second time in less than a year that i've had to to bring it in for this message the first time they said something was bent under the side molding of the seat this time that said the belt buckle was broken and it would cost almost 400 dollars to fix. I have only had this car for 2 yrs shouldn't be having all these problems with this car and brought and extened warranty which every time I ask the warranty doesn't cover. big mistake buying a car from nucar
Appointment was on time and work was completed in a timely manner. Could use a few more customer service reps and a more organized way of handling customers as they arrive. No way to tell who was next to be served.
