Mechanic wasn?t available to talk to me about issues with my truck. If I wanted to see him it was going to be around 15 to 20 minutes. They could find nothing wrong with the truck even after it completely shut off twice while I was driving. I don?t know when it will happen again and butt don?t feel comfortable driving the truck with an unknown problem and I could break down anytime.

We were one of the first appointments for the day. We just had our tires rotated and oil change done. It is our last free oil change and I think that when you buy a new car from a Chevrolet dealership, you should get more than just 2 free oil changes. Especially if you paid for an extended bumper to bumper warranty. (Like we did) Just a suggestion!
After sending me numerous notifications of a recall on my 2013 Camaro (I am the 2nd owner), I took off work to have the recall work done and after waiting for a half hour I was informed that the recall work had already been done by the previous owner. What a waste of time and money.

I love the dealership. It?s the service the department that needs work. I love that Karen knows who my husband and I are when we come in. I love the variety that the dearship offers. I just hate when I bring my car in for an oil change that I had to set an appointment for two weeks prior and they have know idea why I here when I show up.
